Delete your account and data

You can delete your Trisway account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open Trisway, go to Settings > Account > Delete account and confirm. Your account and the cloud copy of your progress are erased from our servers.
If you cannot open the app
Email privacy@laurensfinc.app from the address of your Google or Apple account and write "Delete my account". We will reply within 15 business days.
What is deleted
Your account, your progress saved in the cloud and the records linked to it. Anonymous usage analytics are not linked to your identity, so they cannot be tied to your account.
